Whether you’re a homeowner, ground lessee, agent, architect or tree surgeon; this is an easy and quick way to submit your online application. Split into five bite-sized stages, you can either complete your application in one go; or save it and return later after you’ve completed each part.

We are unable to process your application if you are a potential buyer of a property, but we are able to give informal advice relating to the application process.
If you are a tenant you will need to apply to your Housing Association or Landlord, in the first instance.
